Payment: 25% deposit on booking, the balance eight weeks before the start of your holiday.

Cancellation: Any cancellation must be notified to us in writing. More than 56 days before the holiday commencement date, only the deposit will be retained by us. Otherwise the following charges apply: 28 - 56 days before = 50%, 14 - 28 days before = 75%, 14 days or less = 100%. We recommend all travellers take out comprehensive travel insurance.
