Prices are for two people. Additional persons charged at 50 euros each.

Payment: 25% deposit on booking, the balance eight weeks before the start of your holiday. A security deposit of 300€ will be taken on arrival.

Cancellation: Any cancellation must be notified to us in writing. More than 56 days before the holiday commencement date, only the deposit will be retained by us. Otherwise the following charges apply: 28 - 56 days before = 50%, 14 - 28 days before = 75%, 14 days or less = 100%. We recommend all travellers take out comprehensive travel insurance.

Payment in Euros, Euro cheques, or via credit card facilities.

NB Payments by credit card attract a 5 euro surcharge.

From the end of October to the end of March a separate charge is made for fuel (Electricity, Gas, Logs).

Please Note: All rentals start and end on Saturdays unless by special arrangement, and then only during off season periods.

Gites will be ready for occupation by 16:00 and should be vacated by 10:30 on the last day.

The gite must be cleaned and left as it was found. The owners reserve the right to deduct the cost of cleaning from the security deposit.

Full use of the swimming pool (summer months) and extensive gardens included.
